Refund Policy – URVAN USTA

If the service is cancelled before it starts and a valid reason is provided, a refund may be applicable.

If the technician visits but the service cannot be completed, a refund may be issued after deducting the visiting charge.

In case of poor service or genuine complaints, refund or re-service will be provided after verification.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

We follow a fair and transparent refund process.
